Honor the ancestors
Honor the one who gathered the first berry and said we can eat this
Honor the one who first pulled a dandelion and said this will help your belly
Honor the one who brewed willow bark and declared it an easer of pain
Honor the gatherer who first tasted the avocado and proclaimed the meat good to eat despite its rough coat
We feast today because of their harvest

War on words
Fighting each other with insults tweeted
Wasn’t language created to communicate love, support, knowledge, and wisdom?
When did hate become the preferred word?
